POSITION:
Grant/Program Administrator – Supervisor (1 position)
Office of Safety and Youth Development
LOCATION:
Various schools within District 29
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
New York City Department of Education licensed and appointed Supervisor with satisfactory ratings for the previous 3 years
SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Experience in administering grant-funded after school/evening programs
- Experience and knowledge of funding source guidelines
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work in collaboration with the Site(s) Supervisor to approve program design and schedules
- Assist in trip planning and approve student outings
- Visit Teen Center sites to monitor program status and achievements
- Recommend and implement program changes as necessary
WORK SCHEDULE:
- November 2024 – June 2025
- Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday: 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm,
- No school holidays, (Up to 120 hours)
Hours up to, but not limited to the approximate number of hours listed. Additional hours may be granted upon the approval of the hiring manager.
SALARY:
Per Session rates as per the relevant union/organization of the advertised title (Collective Bargaining Agreement). Contingent upon funding availability and programmatic approval.
